That Mexico City gondola rendering looks to be of the other D-Line enclosure with the full media façade.

I think the K1 cabins for sale are ones that failed NDT and couldn’t be reused on a lift. Killington kept some as spares for Skyeship and said that others were going to Sunshine Polishing.

I don’t think a manufacturer has been selected for Cablebus. It sounds like it will go out to bid in March.

It’s about time WV finished that thing. It’s only about a year and a half late. Both Sunnyside and Northside are still yet to open this year and their lodge (which was supposed to be finished over the summer) is still mostly incomplete.

I would also like to point out that out of two LST lifts in North America, none have opened on time. In fact, when LST was building the Valar T-Bar at Cannon a few years ago (which opened a month behind schedule), the State of New Hampshire (owner/op. of Cannon) had to give LST an ultimatum to finished the lift. SkyTrac had completed installation, but LST just didn’t finish the lift until NH threatened to take the issue into the courtroom (just like what happened at Sunapee in 1985 with Riblet).

Also lets not forget that HS6 that LST built in France…

Sorry to hear about Sitzmark. Still planning on visiting it this year?

I’ve been told no uphill travel allowed summer or winter so that makes things difficult!

That is such bs, almost as much as my indictment.

Waited in 45 minute lines at CBMR on MLK weekend thinking it would be less crowded than summit. They definitely could use an expansion and some better flow management for those busier days!

What lift had the worst lines?

East River and Paradise were definitely the worst but nothing was under 10 minutes except maybe the north face.

Must have to do with Teocalli being out of service this season. Hopefully things improve with the replacement.
