I see the fixed upper return terminal design is quite a bit different between the downgraded lifts and the quad-quad (and the Borvigs at Boston Mills from the same rough timeframe). Are these both original Borvig designs, or are this and Lift 3 new Partek designs (similar to the new Partek lift at Alpine Valley)?

The return terminal here is a Borvig design. They started using this design around 1980 and Partek still uses it today.

Thanks! Did they use the double-rail design for the bullwheel support beam, though? I was checking some photos of other contemporary Borvig designs around the country and found the right-angle design between the vertical “tower” and the the bullwheel support beam on some lifts starting in 1979, but no sign of the double-rail design until I found some new Partek lift photos. Maybe this was replaced when the Partek triple carriers were installed between 2008 and 2011 (also applies to Lift 3)? Also, this lift was originally installed in 1976, before the new design.

After further research, I found the upper terminal was indeed replaced by Partek in 2009 along with its conversion to a triple chair.

Also, was the upper terminal moved downhill at any point? The line appears shorter than its original published length, and overhead photos may also indicate this happened between its original install in 1976 and 1990.
