No- they did build a few of those in the 80s, following the angle-iron crossarms of the 60s and 70s but before the later bent-channel ones of the last models. There is at least one of these at Cuchara as well.
There are similar vintage Riblets that were built in 1986 / 1987 at Mt. Holly, Michigan that are of the same towerhead / cross arm design. https://liftblog.com/lift-7-mt-holly-mi/
However, there are later-built Riblets such as Nub’s Nob – Yellow (1989) and Brown (1993) that have a different design that is closer in resemblence to the angle-iron verus the mid/late 90s bent-channel design/ https://liftblog.com/yellow-nubs-nob-mi/
And old chair 7 at Baker- I’d forgotten about that vintage. It appears to be an attempt at a lifting frame but it’s so close to the rope you didn’t have enough headroom for most hoists. Still had to use the rope jack :)

I have not seen a Riblet with crossarms such as these. Is this a hybrid lift?
