If the expansion is approved, this should become a 3,600 pph 6 pack. Perhaps D-line if the have the money. With current waits of up 30 minutes at 1200 pph, 3,600 pph makes some sense.
They could have a half midstation that is bypassed in the winter. If they wanted to save money, could they run the lift at fixed-grip speed during the summer and not need a full half station?
If they only decide to boost capacity to 2400, I think a fixed-grip quad will be built and not a six-pack. The lines here can get long, but they are similar to out-of-base lifts in that they are typically only really long for a short window in the afternoon, not all day like a typical pod.
Sometimes this lift has wait times of probably 30 minutes

Yes, the lines here can get pretty crazy in mid/late afternoon on a busy day. Could definitely use a capacity upgrade.

I’m surprised that Caribou had priority over a Bridge Run Express.

Although that would probably be more than the mountain could handle. A 2,400pph high speed quad is probably the best answer.

Would they have to do a half station?

for the alpine slide in the summer

I feel like a Uni-G would be good here, and in the summer just have a half tower and run it at fixed speeds.

Agreed, although lines only get long in the afternoon so a fixed quad with carpet would be the best solution.

This and maybe a quad to replace ullr would be really good before they expand.
