Here are a couple of newspaper quotes that possibly indicates one of these, inside the Partek facade, uses refurbished parts from the original 1981 chair. And I would also guess that the towers date to 1981, though I can’t be certain.

The Philadelphia Inquirer: 5 Dec 1999 – Article title: Mid-Atlantic ski areas boast an all-East qualifier—Camelback
“Regional rival Jack Frost constructed new lifts for the 1999-2000 season. The resort’s East Mountain expert area will have a refurbished lift and an additional double chairlift for the ski area’s most accomplished skiers.”

The Times Leader (Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania): 17 Dec 1981 – Article title: Resorts expand facilities for ski boom
“Development of the East Mountain at Jack Frost Mountain, to be phased over the next two seasons will ultimately offer five new slopes and two new chairlifts.”
“Two new double chairlifts will service the acreage which is equal in size to half of the existing Jack Frost Mountain. One side of the chair will be operational this year to provide relief from lift congestion on the advanced side of the mountain.”

As we know, there was no second side until 18 years later.
