This lift was originally a “deluxe double” that used a triple chair with the center seat being converted to an armrest. You can see in the worldbook entry that it was listed as a 2-CLF with only 2 people being loaded in the picture. I think when it was renamed from Papoose to First Venture (c. 2010?) they converted the seats from a deluxe double to a normal triple.

It’s a standard CTEC Triple Chair Lift. The center seat was basically blocked for some kind of political capacity debacle.
