    If these lifts were built at different times, were all the towers replaced?

      They probably built tandem towers but only put a lift on one side at first. Then a couple years later the other side was completed.

        Correct. The first lift was built with the double/double crossarms on the line towers. I worked on the installation crew.

        Huh. How were the towers balanced? It doesn’t seem very stable with just one side loaded.

    Wider than normal foundations with the offset considered.
