Not Hall, probably not Roebling either (though some elements … might… be Roebling). I believe this lift is Goforth Brothers, as the chairs are clearly Goforth.
Yes, it is a Goforth Bros. chair. But it would be interesting to understand why they have used a different design for the towers here (that are similiar to Hall).
I believe this lift is a reobling double or at least the top sheeves
