As Morningstar, this lift was originally built as a triple in 1983. It was converted to a quad in 1996 with the Garaventa-CTEC chairs. I believe it received the Doppelmayr depression sheaves at the bottom when it was still Morningstar. When it was relocated here, it received the Skytrac drive.
Morningstar triple was a completely different lift; before 2014 an early 80’s Hall double stood here, which I rode the first time I came here back in February 2013. They took away the Hall double but left the towers to be reused in the new quad that would be installed by SkyTrac. I’m not sure where the chairs came from
Where was this lift relocated from?

Snowpine was relocated from Morning Star when it was replaced by a detachable quad.
