This Partek double replaced an older Borvig double in 2012.

The lift is more than 6,000 feet long with 22 towers.

      Probably removed for NDT. Unrelated, but this lift hasn’t really aged well. The paint deteriorated so quickly on the bottom terminal. It’s only 7 years old and it should not happen that quickly. My last season as a passholder was 15-16, but I haven’t heard any stories of extended downtime after that. I guess that matters more than how the paint looks, but it’s still an eyesore.

    This lift is not 6000 feet long. It is about 4800 feet long. It is run slow so it’s an 11-12 minute ride up. It’s also the most comfortable lift on the mountain. I don’t know why the paint has deteriorated so much in just 7 years. It is definitely due for a repainting.
