Spruce – Pajarito Mountain, NM

The Mother lift was damaged by a wildfire in July 2011.
The bottom terminal was left unscathed.

When the fire burned through the top unloading ramp, it severed the haul rope and sent all chairs to the ground.
A new hydraulically tensioned top terminal was constructed downhill of the old counterweight/carriage structure.
A new operator house was also built.
