Where did those towers come from? According to New England Ski History (https://newenglandskihistory.com/Maine/shawneepeak.php), it is the former Rabbit Run Double (https://liftblog.com/rabbit-run-shawnee-peak-me/), which had round towers without the hanging sheaves. The footings here are embedded, and look much older than 2014, and the tower style is straight out of the ’70s. Did they come from a predecessor lift? If so, where did the Rabbit Run towers go?
