Per my comments on Hiawatha, this could also be a Doppelmayr. I found an Indianhead info sheet that showed these T-Bars were originally installed in 1959 when the ski area opened. Doppelmayr installed a few T-Bars that season in New England, so they were active in North America by then. This one would have likely moved by 1964, when the Leelinaw triple chair was installed, but I cannot confirm that. It has been in the Tomahawk location ever since (originally as “West T-Bar”).
I stand corrected – the photo on the main Indianhead page on this site shows it was moved after Leelinaw’s installation. It was still done before 1981, though.
