The crossarm configuration on tower 3 makes me think it was originally a compression tower for the light side as well because it has a halo and crossarm on the light side too.
I’ve never seen a flyover load on a triple before.

The Knome’s Knoll Triple at Pico, VT has one, and it was built as a triple and always has been.
