I have added the proposed ‘Powder Crest’ lift to My Big Sky/ Highlands Google Earth project. This appears to be a very long lift at approx 7000 feet long! While you are at it check the additions of the ‘Pull Up Lift’ , ‘Tweener Lift’ , ‘Homer Lift’ at Montage /Big Sky as well as the ‘Cow Flats and Southern Cross lifts , with directional arrows , with these lifts being relevant to movements to/from The Yellowstone Club and Big Sky ski resorts. I had also previously added the route for the Explorer 10 gondola with midstation bend , even before it had been constructed by observing the trail clearing for that lift line . What would the world be without Google Earth. I have also added some newer lifts to the YC ski area as well . Check it out.
I also used ‘CamoAg to locate the proposed ‘Powder Crest’ lift location , using the ‘Mountain to Meadow mountain bike trail as a reference as well as Google Maps.
