Agree 100%. As I mentioned on the separate Triple page, the stats above were a copy/paste error by somebody (Hall, SAM, or online sources who have published the SAM data electronically) since it matches exactly to another Hall install in 1972 at Seven Springs, PA. I was able to use Kent County MI’s GIS map service, which has 2-foot contours using LIDAR, to estimate 210 ft vertical rise and 1415 ft inclined length.
I also believe the original numbers for the Quad are off. There has not been any re-profiling of the lift or any major earthmoving since it was built, and the current numbers look more like 214 ft vertical rise and 1245 ft inclined length. There is no way that the Quad exceeds the Double by almost 70 vertical feet, and the Double’s numbers are correct.
any idea when the t bars shut down? The one next to the Face was running occasionally when I last was there in 2002. I never saw the t bar run that was next to the “half pipe”, now tube park, while I snowboarded there at least 2-3 times a week from 1998-2002.
Local here, the last year it ran was I believe 2008. It was removed when the Brown Family sold the hill to Doug Gale. Even before it was removed it ran only a few times a year.
There is clearly a typo in the vertical and length of the Triple. the lift has an approximately 200′ vertical

Local here, it was shut down after the 2008 season I believe after the Brown family sold the resort to Doug Gale.
