It was not. The old chair 11 was a Hall double and was removed in 2021. This lift is a CTEC triple installed in 1991. Therefore, there is no way this could possibly be the old chair 11.

It was originally called Chair 11 when it was installed in 1991 until the two detachable chairs were built and the chair numbers switched around.
