That chair only gets used on crazy stormy days where nothing except for Chairs 7 20 and 21 could open, every now and then it got used for lift evac training. I remember last year chairs 13 20 21 and 25 were often closed on weekdays because of staffing issues, maybe something similar this year?

I’d presume that it runs whenever they need to relieve traffic at Roller Coaster.
