This beginner lift services the center part of the mountain.Side view of the top terminal.View down the lift line, which crosses under high voltage power lines.Middle lift line.Lower part of the line.Side look at the bottom station.Tensioning and lift line.Another view of the return station.Riding up.Looking back down the line.
Chair 8 was an old Heron triple. It was probably hard to get parts for, there were only a few Heron triples made. It didn’t look to serve any additional terrain that this lift doesn’t serve.
Why was chair 8 removed? It was a direct way to access the upper mountain from the base area. https://skimap.org/data/393/916/1424382054.jpg
