    That touchscreen says the lift is running at 2 m/s, which is below the overview table’s suggested line speed of 500 ft per minute (need 2.5 m.s for that) for a ride time of of 11.6 minutes. That’s still not bad for almost 1,500 feet of skiing back down!
    One wonders if they could routinely run it at even 450 ft per minute? It’d save 1.3 minutes :)

    What’s up with this drive terminal? It looks a lot like the drive on 3 kings. Does anyone know why this lift doesn’t just use the Alpen Star?

      Someone may know for sure, but maybe the got a deal on some older new stock stuff. It looks great! 3 Kings is 2011 This one 2024. Not terrible..

      They used it to mimic the Uni-Star on its neighbor Platinum. It is also used to blend more with Uni-G’s. I believe it is called Uni-G Fixed Grip but I’m not sure if that’s official or not.
