More information about the Mantis AI technology is available here: https:,,www.mantisropewaytechnologies.com,#benefits
For the 2023-2024 season Doppelmayr have 2 systems running in North America one here at the Express des Épinettes and the other at Sommet Gabriel at the La Laurentienne fixed grip quad. The systems are installed for testing purposes for eventually be certified to be used to slow or stop automatically the lift if a skier falls in the unloading area.

Theoretically this is as close as America has ever gotten to AURO without it actually being it.
