Gem Lake Express – Big White, BC

The Gem Lake lift opened up a huge expansion area and is more than 8,000 feet long.

    I don’t know if it’s a meaningful thing or not that this bears the distinction of being the only top drive lift at Big White, everything else being bottom-drive.

    I honestly do not like the Spacejet terminal, I feel the Stealth II that Garaventa-CTEC was making was much better, the Poma Challenger terminals were not great either.
