Does this have the last UNI-GS-model pair of terminals?

Were any lifts with a UNI-GS midstation ever made?

No UNI-GS with midstation exist. There are also UNI-GS lifts built in years after this one

    2008:
    Apex Express – Solitude, UT
    Moonbeam Express – Solitude, UT
Crescent Express – Park City, UT

    2009:
Galaxy Express – Bristol Mountain, NY

    2010:
Couloir Express – White Pass, WA
Morningstar Express – Holiday Valley, NY
