This lift is run in the summer & fall months for uphill access and downloading. For summer operations, the safety bars & bike carriers are installed and they use the platform on top of the upper terminal vault drive for loading/unloading

Why does this lift, a 1963 Riblet, have post 1965 Riblet towers? Was the post 1965 tower design used to accommodate for the extra weight of a triple chair before it was used on all Riblet lifts throughout the 1970s and early 1980s?

This one isn’t a 1963 Riblet. This one was mid 60s.

The 1963 triples are now Interconnect and Valley.
