I suspect it was ruby judging when the lift was replaced with a high speed quad at deer valley in 2002. Then the old ruby was reinstalled here in 2004. The rest of the quads they removed were in 2018 and 2012 so this has to be ruby.
Confirmed it is Ruby. Was only 4 years old when they removed it but it was a bottleneck after they built the lodge and future hotel and Lady Morgan expansion on the west side of DV. Tower tubes were reused at DV for the new high speed quad.
This was my first quad in Utah and it’s one of the slowest fixed grip quads I’ve ever went on. They gotta speed up this chair. I do love the view of the terrain park.
What lift was this at Deer Valley?

Probably a relatively simple operation since you basically could dump Ruby onto Guardsman Pass Road and just lug it over the pass LOL

I dont know why this is, but this is by far the slowest lift I have ever ridden

Well FGQs move around 450 FPM, vs the 500FPM of fixed grip triples and doubles.
