This older Dopplemyar lift is used on weekends and holidays. For some reason, this lift’s ‘slow’ speed varies depending on the load. When the lift is empty, you can barely notice the speed difference between the high and low speeds. It tends to stop less than the quad next door and runs slightly faster.
How do they choose which lift to use? Do they always only use the quad unless it gets busy?

The triple is a decent bit older than the quad, so yes, the triple is used for added capacity when necessary.
