I sure hope so! That’s great news to hear for the local community, maybe this place will go through a transformation from a small local ski hill to a destination area for the general region, kind of like timberline mountain
Did you know Mont Grand-Fonds have been bought by la Compagnie des Montagnes de Ski du Québec ? Recently this company announced that they wanted to buy Bromont (I suspect it is to make pblicity for themselves that they are ready to buy ski areas). I hope it won’t become a Quebec version of Vail Resorts.
One thing we are sure about is that Mont Grands-Fonds will be a little bit more crowded with the HSS.
These lifts look to be really well maintained, good on the mountain for keeping them this way

The Samson quad will be replaced next year by a Doppelmayr HSS. Hopefully this cool quad made in Quebec will be reused.

I believe there’s a mistake here… It’s actually the “A” T-bar that will get replaced by the 6-pack.
