Doppelmayr CTEC Sprint model bottom station.Leaving the base.View up Cheyenne Mountain.View back down the zoo.Apparently the top bullwheel is tower 8.Intrepid-model top terminal.Tower 5 and view over Colorado Springs.T4.Arriving back at the bottom.Motor room with hydraulic tensioning.
My husband and I rode the ski lift on our Anniversary in December in the evening and it was just magical!! To over look Colorado Springs at night and with the Zoo’s Christmas displays…. Breathtaking

That drive looks like a doppelmayr tristar design. Is it really a Sprint model?

Yes, that’s a Sprint. The Tristar has a UNI-G-styled motor room and beefier tubing that the tension carriage rides along.
