Well this sure is a huge improvement over the old lift. Nicely padded chairs with foot rests that can actually fit 4 adults (instead of barely squeezing in 3) are just the beginning. With the higher capacity, the early season wait times will be so much shorter. The new lift also eliminates the clearance issues the old one had where patrol had to rope off a section of the trail under it because it was too low when fully loaded.

I love the paint scheme with the whole alpha being basically black, makes it look super modern compared to an older Alpha like South Ridge.

I recorded this lift on it’s first day in service. Full speed and no stops or slows which is surprising given the close chair spacing.
