That is the extra feature of a hall, I’ve seen a hall brochure that gives a description of the snow cover for a fixed return bullwheel, although uncommon still out there at numerous resorts.

I think this is the former Assay Hill lift, length matches up pretty well and Assay Hill was removed in 2006 so the timeframe is right.
