Super Angel used special Leitner chairs imported from Europe, and as far as I know that is the only chair type with Pucks available from LPOA. Just go with standard. It’s so much better
Does LPA offer hockey puck style foot rest like on super angel for non bubble chairs? Most new new Doppelmayr quads I’ve see use them as the standard.

I’ve never used puck footrests, but I think traditional footrests look way better (and I’m used to them), so I hope they don’t offer them.

You don’t have to hope. They do not offer puck footrests.

On normal chairs at least. As mentioned here, the Leitner EVO chairs featured on Super Angel are the only ones with puck options.
