This Thiokol triple came used to Granite Peak.Top terminal and upper lift line.View from the top.Top terminal.Lift line along a beginner trail. The first few towers.View up the line.Counterweight for tensioning purposes.Loading area.Lift overview.
The triple was a 1982 CTEC, originally installed at Lassen, California. It was removed from Lassen in 1993, reinstalled at Detroit Mountain in 1994. Liftblog likely doesn’t include it in the removed lifts section for Detroit Mountain because it was a relocation, thus, wasn’t included in the SAM database.
Here’s a 1985 photo of the triple at Lassen (haven’t been able to find Detroit Mountain pics of the lift):
Actually a very rare early CTEC, 1982 Lassen Park California, then Detroit Lakes Minnesota, then Granite Peak 2004.

Cool pic, and I can also confirm it was at Detroit Mountain, as a crew from Granite Peak removed it from there when it was abandoned.

Is it just me or does this lift look like an early CTEC?
