How did none of the other CLD-260s from this era end up with windows?

Does anyone know if there are any plans to replace this lift? It is the single most important lift in the resort.
While it is reliable (I have never seen it out of operations yet) it is almost 40 years old by now, and many times the lines can be too long.

I believe the Banff Gondola is the oldest operating detachable in North America dating back to 1959. If you count surface lifts, I’m pretty sure Hickory Hill has a relocated T50 detachable Poma that’s older.

Good point, guess this makes a case for the oldest running detachable chairlift then.
