Silver Queen – SilverStar, BC

This Doppelmayr CTEC quad replaced a 1990 Yan one in a completely new alignment.
The bottom station is a Uni-Star model.

    Why was the older quad replaced?

      Because late model Yans were notoriously unreliable.

      Also, it looks like it had type 6 grips. (I may be wrong about that though)

    The old Silver Queen was really trying to mimic the Yan detachables.

      Judge at Deer Valley uses very similar terminal designs.
