Super cool to have this lift featured on liftblog!
Both 1973 triples at Snoasis were top-drive monopod models. Doppelmayr didnt’ build another triple chair in 1974, but in 1975 they built two triples at Fortress and Kimberley.
The twin to this lift went to Blackstrap in Saskatchewan in 1985. It was switched to bottom drive with the large tension terminal on the top of the mound. The lift had a mix of Doppelmayr center-pole triple chairs and bail-style chairs. The ski hill closed around 2007, and the lift was removed by 2024.
