I’m not too sure about this but aren’t Yan/LE fixed grips “hot-swappable” with the chairs? If so, why don’t they just find new quad chairs? This feature was allowed for LE triples and quads, but I don’t know about the doubles.

With heavier chairs, the motor and towers have to be configured to support extra weight, maybe lift 7 isn’t one of those?

Chairs are for sale so looks like the lift will be parted out and not reused anywhere. Not surprising.

Work began on the Lift 7 project this past week. As of Sunday, crews have taken down chairs and are working to take the haul rope down, as the light side still remains in the air, but the heavy side is on the ground. No sign of new parts for the lift yet.

I drove past Loveland today. Almost nothing remains of this lift, aside from part of the top terminal. The two operator houses and one of the chairs were sitting in the parking lot.
