Was on the webcam this morning and a rope evac was in progress on this lift. Hard to see what exactly happened but looks like the load area depression sheave assembly is messed up pretty bad. Probably a bad misload or swinging chair.

are these lifts hydraulic tensioned or is their counterweight really that small?

Small counterweight. This isn’t a huge lift and Riblets historically were fairly low tension anyway.

Was there today and tower 4 was shaking side to side pretty badly, they had to slow the lift down.
