Summit’s a Uni-g? I know there’s 1999 Uni-g’s in Europe, and Eagle at Mammoth is a 2000, but I wonder if this lift is a Uni-g like Eagle, or like most others.
Hi Peter. You slipped into town silently on Thursday Feb 5, 2026 and got photos of the lifts at Alpine, where I work as Ski Patroller and I didn’t even notice you on the hill, while I was working that day. Thanks for all the hard work you do documenting people’s favorite hills all over North America.
The vertical rise on Summit Express can’t be correct. The base is at 230m and the Peak is around 440m (~700ft total)

This is the oldest Uni-g I can think of. https://www.remontees-mecaniques.net/bdd/reportage-tsd6b-spacejet-ii-doppelmayr-1392.html
