Avalanche – Mt. Southington, CT

This lift was rebuilt in phases with the drive terminal replacing the original Hall bottom terminal in 2011 and the rest of the lift replaced in 2021.

    Funny how this lift is called Avalanche when there is barely any snow under it.

    I find it kind of odd how Southington dumped all the money into upgrades only to keep it as a double. I would’ve thought that they would at least upgrade it to a Triple, if not a quad since it is their main lift.
