Why would one want a height adjustable terminal, and then put a loading carpet underneath it? Am I missing something here? Doesn’t the carpet totally defeat the purpose of having hight adjustment?
I don’t this lifts loading carpet can be adjusted. I believe the first height adjustable loading carpet in North America was the Ramcharger 8 at Big Sky built one year after this in 2018.

The carpet is mounted on scissor lifts and can adjust with the terminal, the lift shack height also adjusts.

this lift is great for beginners and a connection to vista or easy rider but awful for anything else, like skiing for example
