Beautiful lift! Why did Mammoth choose to go with the in-station parking buildings?

Peter, you should add a section for “new lifts” that you just took pictures of so we can know when you publish new ones.

If you go to new lifts 2023, you can click on the lifts name there and it will take you to the page. Or you enter nothing into the search bar and it will show up with the most recent things added to the blog.

Any other ways now? The nothing in search bar method doesn’t work anymore.

These lift’s terminal enclosures are very similar to the Jordan 8 and Barker 6 at Sunday River

I feel as if the majority of the D-Lines built are a bit over the top, however they are all very beautiful lifts.

Once you ride a D-Line and feel how quiet and smooth the ride is, every none D-Line lift you ride after that feels dated and rickety. I used to be in the camp that D-Line hype was largely marketing, but oh boy did I have to eat my words after riding the two D-Lines at Sunday River

Edit: I rode Big Sky’s D-Lines. Swifty lived up to its name, I felt like I was on a plane or roller coaster!

For some reason they run this exceptionally slow even on holiday weekends with fair weather. Slower speed and huge chair spacing makes the lines just as a bad as the old lift. The loading area is a mess and almost every chair was less than 6. Brighton’s DLine lift rips at full speed most days unless there is a lot of wind.
