Wrong on the alignment! It ran close to Chair 4 to the right and went really far uphill. It ended near tower 32 of Chair 3 but far right. I saw the lift line while I was hiking
I got the 1972 year from Sandia’s 2016 master plan. They said Chair 2 was built in 1972, and Chair 3 was built in 1981. Chair 3 first appeared on a picture from 1979. Chair 2 was definitely built in 1969
This lift starts a couple hundred feet away from the site of the mid-load on the defunct Chair 1 (midstation was removed in 2005). If Chair 1 was down, but below the midstation was closed due to low snow, this lift would serve the upper mountain as a backup
This was actually built in 1972 and a 1948 Constam T-Bar used to run in the alignment

Wait I am wrong about the t-bar. It was built in 1946 and ran in a part of Chair 3’s alignment.
