This lift services intermediate terrain on the lower mountain.
As of mid 2020, this lift is in the process of being reactivated after 20 years unused.

    what happened to the electrid drive? They can’t run that thing off of the back up engine forever and that Sheriff’s Department electric generator isn’t dedicated use for the lift.

    Time to update this chair to Operational!!! They had their first weekend of new operation January 17th and 18th, 2026. Go Cuchara!!

    This chair looks nicer than the ones at Eaglecrest, Juneau Alaska. Also, why does it cost so much to repair a Riblet.

      Well in this case with it being out of service for 20+ years lots of work to do to get it up to par, code, repair a lot of parts that go bad or are questionable just sitting there.. having to get a new electric drive, and what not..
