This lift was realigned in 2013 when Vail Resorts took over. The lower terminal was moved to the northwest, towers relocated, upper terminal pivoted (I assume), and line slightly shortened. The original installation was in 1985, 2+ years after Hall was purchased by Von Roll – Habegger, and is credited as such in the SAM survey.
This is actually the former Silver Chair, renamed now as Chair 5.

Interesting counterweight setup. Was this a Hall or Von Roll component, or is it a retrofit?
