Chairlift – Natural Tunnel, VA

This unique chairlift provides access to the Natural Tunnel feature from the parking area above.
The lift is owned and operated by the State of Virginia.
Portal tower 1.
The bottom terminal is a standard CTEC model.
View up the very steep lift line.
Lower bullwheel.

View back down.
Tower 3.
The drive station is based off the Sprint model but without the usual enclosure.

    how fast would this lift run? if it is foot passengers then i probably think 150 FPM

    Double chair, fixed grip- Max 300 fpm for foot passengers.
