Diamond Peak is owned and operated by the Incline Village General Improvement District, or IVGID. It’s a government entity that also kind of functions like an enormous homeowners association. It operates beaches on Lake Tahoe for homeowners only, plus two golf courses and Diamond Peak, which are all open to the public. IV residents pay a mandatory “beach fee” and a “recreation fee” on their property tax bills, the latter of which helps subsidize Diamond Peak. There are other publicly owned ski areas, of course, but I haven’t seen another one with a direct resident tax to support it.
According to this map, Red was renamed to Coyote before it got removed sometime between 1990 and 1996: https://skimap.org/data/359/2200/1446845696.jpeg (1996 with new Lodgepole Quad: https://skimap.org/data/359/7/1213823667.jpg).
Maybe the T-Bar got removed the year B was built?
And Yan also did some work on the following lifts: Lower & Upper Yellow (1975, Line), Lower Blue & Yellow (1977, Drive Terminal).
