Mt. Disney, and Disney Express, are named after Walt Disney and his personal investment and visitation of Sugar Bowl, but the iconic logo is not owned by his estate and rather by the Walt Disney Company. The Walt Disney Company logo does not utilize a font, but instead a wordmark. This allows them to have copyright over its use, and the company is notoriously aggressive in all copyright and trademark infringements. Therefore, Sugar Bowl would likely not be allowed to use it.
This lift could benefit from stylizing the “Disney Express” logo in the Walt Disney company font.
