Lower terminal is (most likely) relocated from old 1969 Yodeler triple and re-installed in 1991, using a new Poma top terminal and originally using the old Yodeler chairs (that were shared/divided up with Gentle Ben); new Poma chairs installed 2008.

Guessing the return on Yodeler was probably a floating bullwheel.
