Might want to adjust the first caption to something along the lines of “until 2017, this was the newest lift on the mountain”

Also, this would be one of the last riblets, yes?

I think the last riblet built was Homestead at Cooper Spur in Oregon in 2002.

Is there a such thing as a Riblet detachable? I haven’t seen any, but Yan made some.

They attempted to make one at Timberline, but they couldn’t get the grip to work.

They did actually make a detachable….mining tram. I’ve seen pictures of it, but it was so long ago I don’t remember where it was installed. Long before detachable chairlifts were a thing though.

I heard they wanted to get into the detachable market, but couldn’t figure out how to insert and remove the clips with the lift running.

Did you know that it was sarcastic that they could not get the clips in and out? Because it was.

There is a theory that they did not make a detachable because of the Yan hsq accidents.
