This short chairlift was added in 2002 to replace a T-Bar. It came used from a different ski area. The bottom station has the drive and counterweight tensioning.Drive unit.Tower 1. The Partek chairs are not original.Riding up the short line.Tower 4.Unloading ramp and top operator house.Fixed bullwheel up top.View down the line.
The bullwheel and tower designs would indicate a mid 80’s Mueller lift. The original chairs (before the Partek ones were added around 2009) were the Mueller bail-style chairs.
Honestly, the most educated guess I can make is that this is what remains of the original Wheeler chair at Sunshine (replaced 2000 with a Poma HSQ). Wheeler had the Mueller bail-style seats, and was in a much longer line at Sunshine than it is here.

on skiingbc.info, there are pictures of the green chair from 2006 with its Partek Chairs off the line so they were put on around 2006 or earlier

The drive seems different from T-REX. Like the Edmonton Ski club t-bar.

Confirmed – this lift is indeed Sunshine’s old Wheeler double chair.
